Hi friends



Hair fall, i can understand , many of you are facing this problem now a days, i was also one like you till i not tried the secrets that i am going to share with you.

Before telling you the secrets first we should know why we face hair fall problem????

Hair loss is a metabolic disorder where hair starts thinning, falling, or disappearing.It is more common in men then women.

Following are the major hair loss causes:

1. Heredity factors

2. Inadequate nutrition and improper diet

3. Stress, worry, anxiety, and sudden shock
4. Lack of vitamins (specially vitamin B6 and folic acid) in diet
5. Prolonged Illness (like typhoid, syphilis, chronic cold, influenza, and anaemia)
6. Unclean condition of the scalp
7. Poor blood circulation



Home Remedies are the best way you can prevent hair loss, because it dont have ant side effect. here i'm mentioning few remedies which i'd tried to stop hair loss.



1) Increase the % of Vitamin B6 and Folic Acid in your diet

Folic Acid: Foods rich in folic acid are mainly leafy vegetables such as spinach, turnip greens, lettuces, sunflower seeds, dried beans and peas, fortified cereals, collards and broccoli. Among the other foods that contain folic acid are peanuts and wheat germ. Some fruits can also be considered as good sources of folic acid; some of them include avocado, tomatoes, oranges, bananas and cantaloupes. Folic acid is also found in copious amounts in non-vegetarian sources such as turkey and chicken livers.

2)Start work out:

Spending 1 hour daily in the gym is most important for preventing hair loss, this not only prevent hair loss but also help you fighting against other problems.



3) Start oiling your hair

I'd tried oiling my hair with Castor oil and coconut oil at night this help me alot.

Mix castor oil and coconut oil in 1:2 ration and massage gently in your head at night and wash your hair on next morning.

Use shampoo containing amla, reetha, hina, shikakai.

4) Take proper sleep

Few Hair Care Tips

* Don’t use soap to wash your hair. It takes away natural oils and makes the hair dull and lifeless.

*Brush your hair gently to avoid damaging hair shafts and getting split ends.

*To give proper nourishment to the hair roots, wash your hair frequently with a good natural shampoo that has a built-in conditioner.

*While you shampoo, turn your head down and massage the scalp well. This helps stimulate blood circulation in the head.

*For healthy hair, eat with care. Avoid too many sweets, chocolate, cakes and cookies. And always eat a well balanced diet that’s rich in fresh fruits and vegetables.

*To get really healthy hair oil it a day before washing. The oil provides a protective coating and makes your hair shiny. A good oil massage also helps stimulate blood circulation and promotes hair growth.

*Before going to sleep brush your hair well – if possible, a hundred times! This promotes blood circulation and helps in better hair growth.
